Photo Gallery - Kings Swim School Water Safety Visit

We got a visit from Kings Swim School, and Kingsley the Platypus. We learnt about water safety in pools and at the beach, how to read signs and what they tell us we should be doing. We discussed how we always need to be with an adult and to always shut the gate. We played a game where we saved our friends using the pool noodles and pretended to swim through the flags at the beach. Teaching children at a young age to be water safe is crucial especially with the growing number of children having accident in and around water, with this knowledge we are allowing children to think, act and become aware of their surroundings.
