All educators are qualified early childhood professional, and have the knowledge and experience to manage child development, programme planning and curriculum delivery so as to inspire children to learn, explore and reach their full potential.

Our Educational Leader mentors and supports all other educators, so as to be able to deliver the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) effectively, and to adopt a critical and reflective approach to continually improve on delivering an inclusive programme, beneficially for each child in care.
