Photo Gallery - Shake and Move

The pre-schoolers participated in a free trial of Shake ‘N Move. Shake ‘N Move is a gross motor skill development program. The program is all about fitness and movement through active play. The classes are a mix of fun active play activities involving various sport games, cardio and athletics, gymnastics based movement, aerobic fitness and strength training utilising different stimulus equipment in each class.
